Every entrepreneur has had a dream that got them started: a calling desire that saw them setting up a business and giving it their best to get it off the ground. If you are still in your business, and regardless of how well you feel it is doing, it’s time to set up a new vision: where you want your company to go, and why.

If you are setting a couple of yearly goals and track your company’s performance against this plan only a few times a year, this is not enough. Because people do most of their daily decisions based on feelings rather than facts. Every business owner needs to understand what are the relevant 90-day goals and figures you need to track, how they help your business grow, how are you going to track them and how often these will be shared with your teams.

As your customers’ wishes and desires evolve, so does the need to adapt your company’s systems and processes. Speed is key in business. If you can do things faster and with better quality, you will win against your competitors. Doing things faster means having systems and processes in place for every move your company makes. And constantly improving them. Your employees should be repeatedly asking themselves questions like How can I do it more efficient, simpler and with more customer focus? And every business owner should be designing such systems in the company, which help the employees answer such questions easily. Sometimes people’s motivation swing. Sometimes people in the company change. Systems and processes are what keeps your company going. Always.

Imagine a win-win environment where business needs and people’s needs are met. Company culture is simply the way you and your people do things in the company. Are you striving for excellence in your products and services? Are you passionate about customer’s satisfaction? Do your people enjoy working for you? Are your employees engaged with the company’s vision? A culture with individual accountability and personal growth is not just a theoretical concept. A winning culture is even easier to achieve and maintain in a small or medium-sized company than in a large corporation.

There is a common belief that companies grow because they have enough cash, big marketing budget and successful sales results. But this is not entirely true. Having money in your bank account, big marketing budget and increasing sales figures are all AN OUTCOME of having systems in place. Systems that support business growth and performance culture, with a focus on employees’ well-being.

Business coaching won’t solve your problems on its own, but it will for sure speed up the process of finding solutions to your business problems.

HOW BUSINESS COACHING WORKS?

You get in touch via a contact form where you confirm your interest in the business coaching and add a couple of sentences about yourself and your business.

We schedule a 30 min. phone consultation, where you share with me your current business goals and what are your challenges for the next 3-6 months. If we find a match, you can book later a 1-time business consultation or consider the coaching package which starts at 90 days. You also get the opportunity to ask anything about business coaching or any of my other programmes or services. 

If we decide to work together, we agree on the date of the first coaching session and all the other logistics. 

Before our first session, you will receive via email a questionnaire and some other supporting materials.

In our first coaching meeting, we will summarize the strengths and weaknesses of your business and discuss the outcomes and observations you had while filling out the pre-sent materials. During 90-days business coaching, you will define priorities and concrete steps on how to develop yourself and grow your business. I will explain the whole process to you in details during the initial free consultation.
